The Independent Sojourn fee covers our time spent with the student as well as time spent researching and facilitating the student’s personal experience. Your Homestay (two meals a day and lodging while in Kathmandu) and Nepali languge course are also included in our fee. Students pay all other costs except airport transfers and transportation to and from initial meetings with apprenticeship, and volunteer situations. The student is responsible while in Nepal to pay for apprenticeships, food outside of your homestay, transportation, visas, or any other activities.

During the pre-trip planning we will help them assess the cost of their trip based on the student’s interests.
